Power BI reporting built to your data, not a generic template.
CostCraft™ builds Power BI reporting for finance directors, operations managers and anyone who needs their numbers to hold up under scrutiny — cost reporting, operational dashboards, business intelligence.

Who this is for
Finance directors
Cost reporting that traces back to source. Variance analysis, capital tracking, period-over-period comparisons — structured so every number has a lineage.
Operations managers
Operational dashboards that reflect what's actually happening — built on your operational data, not a generic template filled with placeholder charts.
Any organization with structured data and a reporting obligation
If you have data that needs to become a report someone else will read, question or act on, that's the problem we solve.
What this is not.
We don't sell software licences. We don't host your data. We build reporting systems that run on your infrastructure, using your data, maintained by your team — with documentation that makes that possible.

Questions
Do we need Power BI licences?
That depends on how you want to use it, and we'll walk you through the trade-off before you spend anything. Reports can run in the free Power BI Desktop on your own machines, which costs nothing per person. Or they can go to your Power BI Service, which is easier to share but usually needs a paid licence for each person who opens them. We build either way. You keep the tenant and the licences; we don't resell them.
Do you host our reports?
No. They live in your environment, on your infrastructure. We don't host your data.
We already have reports nobody trusts. Do you fix those or start again?
We look first, then tell you honestly. Sometimes what's underneath is sound and the faults are in a few places. Sometimes untangling it costs more than rebuilding. You get the recommendation and the reasoning, and the choice is yours.
How long before we see something working?
Days for a first look, usually your own data shaped the way the report needs it. A finished build is weeks, depending on how many sources there are and how clean they turn out to be.
Can our team maintain it?
Yes — it's built that way. You get documentation and a walkthrough, and the parts your team will touch are kept where they can safely touch them.
