This policy explains how CostCraft™ Ltd. handles personal information submitted through this website. It is governed by British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your organization, your email address and the content of your message.

To stop the form being abused, the server also briefly keeps a one-way code made from your IP address, with the times you used the form. It can't be turned back into your address, it's never shared, and it's deleted automatically within a day.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep it only as long as necessary to respond to you. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers.
